Sunrise Kayak Circuit
Leave the jetty before the light and paddle the outside of the cove with a guide who has fished it his whole life. The circuit rounds the western headland and returns with the tide; breakfast waits on the jetty.
Guided, small, and arranged around the tide chart rather than a timetable. Add anything to your request, or book at the desk once you are here.

A marked trail through the shallow reef beside the coral garden villa. Your guide carries the identification cards; you carry the camera. Best an hour either side of slack tide, when the water clears.

The coastal path from the cove to the next bay and back, timed for late afternoon light. Moderate gradients, one long stair, and a flask of coffee at the halfway point where the cliffs open up.

Walk to the village on the harbor side with a member of our kitchen team, shop the morning catch, and bring it back for a late lunch cooked the way the market cooks it.

A wooden deck above the cove, mats and bolsters provided, and a teacher who reads the weather before writing the sequence. Beginners welcome; the view does most of the work.

The spa pavilion prepares a warm bath with herbs grown behind the kitchen, followed by an oil massage with the doors open to the garden. Reserved in the late afternoon.

Visit the small yard where the village still builds timber boats, watch a hull being caulked, and hear how the old fleet worked the strait. Ends with tea and questions.

Cook the morning market with our kitchen, from spice paste to plate, then eat what you made on the terrace with the team before service starts.
Guides are from the cove villages and keep groups small. Sunrise trips depend on the wind; we will tell you honestly if a morning is not worth it.
