The villa
Built around a planted courtyard, this is the villa families return to. The two king bedrooms sit at opposite ends of the house, with the twin room between them and the courtyard at the centre holding everyone together. Dinners stretch along the long table; children swim while the kettle heats. The family kitchen is deliberately simple, and the pool is shallow enough at one end to be useful at all ages.
