A request sent through this site is a request, not a booking. No payment is taken here, no card details are collected, and no reservation exists until the team has confirmed availability and the exact rate by email.

Indicative rate bands are shown to help you plan; they are confirmed per stay before anything is agreed. Dietary notes, arrival times and special requests are passed to the team and handled as part of your stay.
